Our menu is inspired by the Moorish cooking traditions of Al-Andalus a time when Amazigh (Berber) and Arab, influences blended with the cuisines of Spain and the wider Mediterranean. More than a reference, it reflects a way of gathering: generous, open, and centred around the table.
